Enter an amount or use the available suggestion. Nearby eligible drivers see the request during its offer window. If no driver accepts, dispatch can widen the search within configured limits.
3. Compare offers
Review price, driver rating, vehicle, arrival estimate, and other available profile details. Choose the offer that suits you; no driver is selected until you confirm.
4. Meet and ride
Follow assigned and arrived states, verify the vehicle and driver, and use the rider PIN or location confirmation where enabled. Chat, call, or share trip progress without exposing a permanent public link.
5. Complete and review
Pay using an available method, review the transaction record, rate the journey, and contact support if something needs investigation.
