1. Create the right profile
Register as an individual, sole trader, or eligible company and provide accurate contact and business information. Confirm your phone and set a strong password within the allowed onboarding period.
2. Add vehicle and evidence
Select the vehicle make, model, year, and category from the local catalog. Upload a profile photo, driver licence, registration, insurance, identity evidence, and business documents where required. Files remain private and are reviewed before approval.
3. Become eligible
You may explore the app during onboarding, but trips require verified phone status, a registered vehicle, required approved documents, active driver approval, and any applicable membership or trial eligibility.
4. Choose requests
When online, review available route, proposed fare, distance, expiry, and pickup information. Accept or counter only work you can safely complete. Stale or closed offers cannot be accepted.
5. Complete the required lifecycle
Use arrived, rider-confirmed, in-progress, and completed states in order. Do not mark a journey complete early. Safety overrides are restricted and audited.
6. Manage the business
Review membership usage, cash obligations, wallet entries, billing history, documents, payout methods, cashout limits, and tax or accounting records. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on completed work, local demand, expenses, and eligibility.
