This Cookie Policy explains how KiloDrive uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies on its websites and web portals. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed by a website in a browser. Local storage keeps information on a device. Pixels, tags, and SDKs can record that a page, message, or feature was viewed or used. Some technologies are set by KiloDrive; others are set by a provider acting for KiloDrive or, where disclosed, as an independent controller.
2. Essential technologies
Essential technologies support security headers and anti-forgery protection, authentication and sessions, tenant and language routing, load balancing, consent choices, fraud prevention, accessibility, and requested functionality. They cannot normally be disabled through a consent tool because the requested website or portal would not work correctly. You can block them in the browser, but functionality may fail.
3. Preference technologies
Preference storage remembers language, appearance, accessibility, region, or similar choices. Where a preference is stored only on your device and is necessary to honor your request, it may operate without marketing consent as permitted by law.
4. Analytics and performance
When enabled and lawfully permitted, KiloDrive may use providers such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare Web Analytics, or similar tools to understand visits, navigation, performance, errors, device categories, and aggregated usage. These tools help improve reliability and usability. Configuration should minimize collection, avoid sensitive form values, and apply consent before non-essential tags where required.
5. Measurement and marketing
With any required consent, tags from Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, or other disclosed providers may measure campaigns, referrals, app-install interest, and advertising performance. They may associate activity with a browser, device, or provider account under their own notices. KiloDrive does not permit tags to receive passwords, one-time codes, private chat, full payment or payout details, identity documents, or precise trip content.
6. Current provider controls
The website Content Security Policy expressly allow-lists approved hosts. A tag cannot run merely because it appears in content; its host must be approved in configuration and, where required, the user must consent. System administrators can manage the policy, but they must complete privacy and security review before adding a provider.
7. Your choices
You may use the KiloDrive consent control where displayed, browser controls to delete or block cookies, device privacy settings, and provider opt-out tools. Blocking non-essential technology should not prevent access to public legal information. Choices may be browser- and device-specific and may need to be renewed after storage is cleared.
8. Retention
Session cookies expire when the session ends. Persistent preferences and consent records remain only for their configured period. Analytics and provider retention settings should use the shortest period reasonably necessary. KiloDrive may retain aggregated statistics that no longer identify a user.
9. Do Not Track and similar signals
Browser signals are handled as required by applicable law and supported technology. Because standards vary, a signal may not operate uniformly across all providers. A legally recognized opt-out preference signal will be respected where required.
10. Changes and contact
