Add pickup, destination, optional stops, recipient details, size, handling notes, and an honest declaration of contents. Prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or improperly packaged items are not accepted.
2. Review route and offers
Confirm distance, timing, and proposed fare, then compare eligible driver offers. The sender alone selects the driver.
3. Protect payment
Where wallet escrow is enabled, the agreed amount moves from available balance to held balance when the delivery is assigned. It is released through an idempotent ledger operation after valid completion or refunded after an eligible cancellation. Cash jobs remain subject to the recorded payment and membership rules.
4. Follow custody
Track acceptance, pickup, stops, and completion. Use in-app communication and keep recipient information limited to what the driver needs for delivery.
5. Resolve exceptions
Report damage, non-delivery, incorrect recipient, cancellation, or safety issues promptly. KiloDrive may preserve transaction and evidence records while a dispute or legal retention duty remains open.
