Authorized administrators can request and approve wallet adjustments and approve and execute cashouts at any amount, with explicit permissions, recorded decisions and protected evidence. Routine tasks use a simpler menu, clearer wallet actions and one manual settlement form for the payment reference and receipt. Identity, fraud and support workflows add assigned investigations, review history, protected evidence and recovery controls.
