Build 108 prevents duplicate outgoing call starts, preserves unknown call outcomes for safe reconciliation, binds media tokens to an active participant call session, and retains compatibility with build 106. Android release safeguards prevent test-only Firebase settings from entering release artifacts. Physical-device, two-client calling and background-location evidence is collected separately and is not implied by this changelog.
