Service-specific terms
The general Terms are supplemented, where the relevant product is enabled, by the disclosure shown before a ride, parcel delivery, rental, membership, wallet, payment, family or business booking, or safety feature is confirmed. A product shown in software is not necessarily launched in every country.
Country-specific terms
KiloDrive uses controlled country schedules only after the responsible business and legal owners approve the operating entity, licences, consumer rules, payment role, privacy contacts, dispute terms, and launch scope. A provisioned country database or selectable country is not evidence that a product is legally launched. Until an approved schedule is published, KiloDrive will not use a generic country clause to override mandatory local rights.
Versions and changes
Current operative documents show their version and effective date. Prior approved versions remain available from the document page. Contract acceptance is recorded against the exact version where required; viewing a privacy notice is not treated as consent to optional processing.
