Every handoff should explain what happened next
A delivery request begins with an accurate declaration and reachable recipient. The eligible driver, agreed payment arrangement, pickup evidence, custody state, and completion proof then remain attached to that request.
If the recipient cannot accept the parcel, use the recorded exception flow. Do not improvise a new destination or handoff that is absent from the delivery record.

What senders should confirm
What information should I provide?
Provide accurate pickup and destination details, optional stops, delivery window, recipient contact, declared contents and value, handling notes, and the supported package evidence requested in the flow.
What items cannot be sent?
Do not submit illegal, dangerous, prohibited, incorrectly declared, unsuitable, or unsupported goods. Country and service rules control what is eligible. If an item is unclear, contact support before creating the request.
How is pickup or delivery confirmed?
The configured flow can use an OTP, QR scan, signature, or photo evidence at the relevant handoff. Use a code or confirmation only when the correct parcel is physically changing custody or has reached the intended outcome.
Who can view parcel tracking?
The tracking view is limited to the sender who created the request. The sender uses the linked delivery record, while an assigned driver sees the delivery through the driver’s own work view.
What happens if delivery cannot be completed?
The driver records the supported failed-delivery reason. Depending on the configuration and circumstances, the delivery can proceed through an approved retry, rescheduling, or secure return-to-sender path rather than being marked complete without proof.
When does payment move?
For eligible wallet-funded deliveries, accepting a bid can hold the agreed fare until a valid completion or cancellation outcome releases or refunds it. Cash, provider payments, and older delivery records follow their displayed payment path and applicable ledger rules.
