Administrative audit lists and event details now distinguish the acting administrator, affected user, primary entity and secondary party without exposing raw event payloads. Events retain the affected user name and timezone snapshot, display the affected user local time with IANA timezone and UTC offset, and preserve the canonical UTC timestamp. Unknown or historical fields remain explicitly unavailable instead of being inferred. Authorized administrators can download a redacted, single-event PDF through an opaque scoped reference; list, detail and PDF views share the same reviewed data policy. Existing API consumers remain compatible because the contract and database changes are additive.
