This Notice explains intellectual-property ownership and permitted use concerning KiloDrive.
1. KiloDrive materials
The KiloDrive Platform includes software, architecture, databases, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, maps and compilations, reports, workflows, icons, audiovisual material, and documentation. Those materials are owned by, or licensed for use by, the applicable rights holder and may be protected by copyright, trademark, database-right, trade-secret, patent, contract, and other laws. This public Notice does not invent an ownership chain: the exact KiloDrive trademark, source-code, domain, content, and affiliate licence records must be maintained in the corporate rights register. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
2. Brand
KiloDrive, the KiloDrive name and logos, product names, slogans, trade dress, domains, and related marks are trademarks or service marks of their respective owner. No licence to use them is granted except as expressly stated in writing. Do not register or use confusingly similar names, domains, social handles, app listings, keywords, logos, or business identities; imply sponsorship; alter the logo; or use the brand in a way that is misleading, unlawful, or harmful.
3. Limited user licence
The Terms of Service grant a limited licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership. Copying, resale, scraping, mirroring, framing, reverse engineering beyond non-waivable legal rights, unauthorized API use, circumvention, removal of notices, or creation of derivative commercial services is prohibited.
4. User content
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant KiloDrive the limited operational licence described in the Terms of Service. You must have all rights and permissions required for submitted photographs, documents, recordings, messages, business materials, logos, and evidence. Do not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights.
5. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback without a separate written confidentiality agreement, KiloDrive may use them without restriction or payment, provided this does not transfer ownership of unrelated user content or override privacy law.
6. Reporting infringement
A rights owner or authorized representative may submit a notice through Contact Us. Include your identity and contact details; identification of the protected work or mark; the specific KiloDrive location or content at issue; an explanation of the claimed infringement; a statement of good-faith belief; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized; and a physical or electronic signature. Do not send unrelated identity documents or confidential information.
7. Review and counter-notice
KiloDrive may remove or restrict content, preserve evidence, notify the affected user, request clarification, or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. A user who believes content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice identifying the content, explaining the lawful basis, providing contact details, and consenting to the legally required process in the applicable jurisdiction. False notices may create liability.
8. Third-party materials
Maps, fonts, payment marks, app-store badges, provider logos, and other third-party materials belong to their owners and are used under licence or applicable law. Reference to a third party does not imply endorsement.
9. Reservation of rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. KiloDrive may update brand or developer-use guidance. Permission requests and notices may be submitted through Contact Us.
